I really enjoy what I do; I do the boring stuff like bring in funding but I like it! My job is so rewarding, I love nothing more than to see families and Young Carers receive the support they need!

Young Carer Team Manager

I lead the Team here at Young Carers.  

I have worked here for nearly 4 years now and I love doing what I do!

Young Carers Activities Co-ordinator

I get to plan and deliver fun activities for all of our Young Carers and give them a break from their caring role. This can include activities in the centre or dedicated trips externally. 

Young Carers Outreach Worker

I've been working here since November 2019 and it's my job to raise awareness for Young Carers across St Helens. I work closely with schools, agencies and services to raise awareness of our service and ensure Young Carers feel supported and advocated for. I connect with other carer services in the country to keep in touch with best practice and I also run our Young Carer committee 'Chattin' 4 Action' which I love! I also help out with family work and reviews occasionally. I have two dogs who I'm obsessed with and will show you pictures of at given any opportunity. Their names are Bonnie and Boo!
